Hi Teodor,
If the phone has any sort of forwarding the call will be forwarded as
configured even if the phone is unregistered. If there is no
forwarding enabled on the phone then CCM is able to match on another
pattern that directs the call out the GW. If this is the case then you
will need to look at detailed CCM traces to see the pattern it is
matching on. One option would be to change the CSS, that the GW is
using, by removing the partition that contains the outbound GW.
