[cisco-voip] Cfwdall to Outside?

Couldn't you on the call forward all CSS define a CSS that cant call
outside?

Is there a way to prevent the cfwdall to an outside line? We want this
for two reasons - Using up too many voice ports for smaller locations
and also toll fraud.

 

Any thought on how to prevent cfwdall to a 9.@ number?
