Last time I checked, the web pages did not perform any 'error checking'. That is to say, it will let you enter anything, even if you are not allowed to enter that value. The end result is that your phone is forwarded to a destination is it not permitted to forward to and will ring 'fast busy' whenever someone calls that line.

Yes, customers will only be able to set their CFA to whatever numbers
are allowed by the CSS, even if they are using the web page.
