[cisco-voip] Removing "AbbrDial" Softkey from CallManager 4.1.2 deployment

Does anyone know how to remove the "AbbrDial" softkey from the phones when a user starts on-hook dialing? We are not currently using speed dials and users have no access to the CCMuser pages (and even then we will likely remove speed dial access). Having this option will simply cause confusion.
