[cisco-voip] Another MOH Question

Truthfully, I don't remember, but I think I did 2 things to ensure the
change "took":

1)  I reset all my MOH servers
2)  I may have reset all the devices that use MOH for us, which for me
was a bunch of CTI ports that I use with our ACD configuration.
