A question for anyone after completing this process. Are there any
remaining steps to complete the change after pressing "update"?

I've just tried myself and set from -24 to -28 then to -30 and still no
change.

Brandon

I just had to do it..let me look up that helpdesk ticket...

1) go to call manager administration web page

2) select the service menu from the top and selct "service parameters"

3) then select the service "cisco MOH Audio Translator" from the top down
box

4) then press the advance button on the righthand side top corner.

5) Then you will see a parameter "default MOH Volume level " and its valu
will be set to "-24"
you can increase the value to -20, -16.........
you can decrease the value to -28 or -30 and then check..

I changed ours to -24..for some reason it was set to -10.
