Hi Anthony,
What is the status of your CRA engine?
Is it possible to restart the engine (not sure if you would affect
other CRA apps)?
Could be that access to the CallManager directory is down and the CRA
JTAPI user is not able to log in.
Just some ideas of where to start looking.
