[cisco-voip] CTI route points and CTI ports sudently cannot be found from CCM

Hi all,
i had an autoattendant configured fine but suddently, the route points and CTI ports cannot be found. I have tried to reset them, restart the cti manager service, restart the tomcat service but nothing is happening. Does anyone knows what is going on? The cra engine is 3.1(1).
