[cisco-voip] FAX issues calling FAX/phone/modem autodetect switches

I'm being told the regular phone rings fairly quickly
and FAX machine doesn't see call but they can get
FAX's from other people. It's a VG248 and a 6608 so no
IOS on either gateway. 

I'll see if I can see something on VG248 display or
logs.
