Then just change it on the device pool and it should take affect on all
phones in that device pool.

PS. What parameter are you wanting to change under the service
parameters configuration?

So, I have <none> selected on both the phone and the line of every phone
that we have. If device pool is also set to none, will that be the
default MoH that is selected under the Service Parameters Configuration,
or do I actually need to select an audio source? I would like to be
able to just change the default under Service Parameters Configuration,
and it take effect on all phones.

If you are talking about which MoH plays on each phone it works like
this.

MoH on each line takes 1st place, MoH on each device takes second place,
and MoH on the device pool takes third place. Which means that if you
have no MoH set on both the line and the phone config, then the Device
Pool will be what's picked. But if either the phone or the line have
MoH, that is what is used and you have to manually change it on each
device.

We are wanting to change the MOH. I have changed the default in the
Call Manager settings. I now have to change it in all of my device
pools. If I set the device pool to <none>, will that take the default?
Or Do I need to actually select it from the list? Seems to me that you
should be able to set to default on the device pools so that you don't
have to take down all the phones every time you change the MOH. Thanks.
