[cisco-voip] Unity Access Denied

Try to login via Unity SA page. Version 3.1(4)
 
Get
 
There are too many active sessions. I'm pretty sure that no one else is
logged in since I am the only one to use it.
 
I have tried restarting IIS, that didn't help.
 
Any thoughts on how to fix this short of a Unity shut/start or a reboot?
