Di you reboot the CCM Server(s)? Just restarting the service may not update
everything.
If you go in to the Call Pick setup screen in CCMAdmin, are the new
partition names reflected? You make have to update each one of the effected
Call Pickup ranges.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM 4.0 - pickup broken after renaming partitions
Hello,
we are running 4.0(1)sr2 in a multi-tenant environment, and we made the
following changes yesterday:
* renamed partitions
* renamed CSS
* renamed device pools
Now, it seems that these operations (most likely the first one) broke the
Call Pickup: when you hear a phone ring, go off-hook and press "PickUp", you
get a fast busy (instead of having the call ringing on your phone).
Of course, I reset all necessary devices every time after each partition
renaming.
The fix seems to be to deconfigure and reconfigure call pick up for each
phone where it is now broken, which is quite time-consuming.
My questions are:
1. does anybody know of an existing bug that breaks call pick-up when
partitions are renamed?
2. is there a way to see with BAT which phones have a call pick-up
group configured, or change pick-up settings for a set of phones? Pick-up
seems to be missing from both reports and bulk updates.
Vincent
