Don't use an ATA for Modem. Use an FXS port off a gateway.

	What are you trying to do?  You need to setup a modem?  You will
need an analog adapter like an ATA.

	I  need to configure outbound modem access through the Call
manager.  I think I have to create dummy numbers that will route for
outbound only.  I'm kind of lost on the rest of the process.
