[cisco-voip] Call manager 4.12 and client modem dial out

The Modem DID numbers are not copper it is off my PRI.

Don't use an ATA for Modem. Use an FXS port off a gateway.

	What are you trying to do?  You need to setup a modem?  You will
need an analog adapter like an ATA.

	I  need to configure outbound modem access through the Call
manager.  I think I have to create dummy numbers that will route for
outbound only.  I'm kind of lost on the rest of the process.
