I just found this tip in the new Cisco Press Book "Cisco IP Telephony:
Planning, Design, Implementation, and Optimization"

If you access Unity Voice Mail from your IP Phone you get prompted to
enter your PIN. If you access Unity mail from a mobile phone you are
prompted for the mailbox ID and then the PIN.

This configuration will allow you to access Unity from your mobile phone
and only get prompted for the PIN.

"Mobile phone numbers can be configured in Unity as an alternate
extension. The system will recognize the calling line ID (CLID) from
the mobile phone and immediately prompt the user for their PIN rather
than their mailbox number."
