[cisco-voip] incorrect time display on CCM 4-1

I vaguely remember a similar problem until we configured the Cisco Network 
Time Protocol properly on both CallManagers.  Our time reference is the core 
3550 switch, synchronized as a stratum 4 source.  We couldn't use Microsoft 
domain time (synchonized to the same reference) since the CallManagers are 
in an isolated workgroup.
