[cisco-voip] trying to config unity to notify callers that im on the phone

This is the busy greeting in unity subscriber profile. 
But unity has to receive the call with a reason of busy, and on call manager side the DN on the IP phone has to have busy trigger of 1 to go to unity with "busy" reason. If the phone has a busy trigger of 2 and someone calls the phone and they are line and don't answer or fwd no answer gets followed then the call rolls to unity with "no answer" as the reason and busy greeting won't be played.

  Im trying to figure out how to config the option that will notify a caller that im currently on the phone at the moment what would you like to do! 
  In our old system we have this for internal callers.
