I believe prompt means the 'You have voicemail' text you see on the phone. I 
don't think there is a way to change this from CallManager admin interface, 
but I'll bet someone knows the locale files containing the strings that you 
can modify manually. Problem with that is you have to remember to modify 
them again after any service or maintenance release or version upgrades, 
since they are likely overwritten.
