Has anyone seen a problem as described here:

I recently worked on a new CCM install. Small network with 200 users.
Was using remote desktop to CCM 4.1.3 SR3a and OS 2000-4-2 and
security agent.

Added a couple of phones in the administration of CCM. When clicking
on the update button one gets the annoying jave proxy applet da da da
... message in fine print at the bottom of the screen and a dely
before the CCM show update completed and allows you to move on. This
time I probably clicked on the next link too fast and things locked
up. I went o the console and noticed tha the CPU util was running at
100%. Stopped the Iexplore service and things normallised. During this
time users started struggling to get dialtone etc because of the 100%
cpu util.

This is BAD and extremely worrying - how can simple administration
cause something like this to happen ?? Any ideas will e appreciated -
do ii need to load any fixes . As far as possible this installation
and the upgrades from 2000-2-7 was done by the book so it is hard to
explain. The hardware is also brand new MCS 7835 H DL380 HP
