[cisco-voip] 7970G - Brightness display/display not active

1.  The brightness display on my 7970 does not allow for upward adjustment,
the bar is currently set less than halfway up?

2.  How can I set the default phone config to change the default to have the 
phone display active always,
the default is to blank the display on Sunday???
