[cisco-voip] 7970G - Brightness display/display not active

I can not remember what the exact setting is called but there is a setting

It is a 3550, does it supply the 15watts?

Yes, but how can I make the default when creating the phone to change the
display to be active all the time.
So I don't have to go down and uncheck it every time.
