[cisco-voip] Auto Attendant Problem

Dear All,
  I have CCM and installed Auto Attendant and ever think is ok,
  The problem I have is when any call my company he hear this default auto attendant welcome message and as you know the message asked the caller to enter 1 for entering the ext. no., 2 for entering the name and 0 for operator, and when the customer entered 1 
  The message asked him to enter the ext. no. than pound key (#) and this is very long.
   
  So, I need when the customer call my company he hears the message says welcome
  Please enter the ext. or zero for operator (I already have this message recorded and I know how to upload it to the call manager) But I need to change the procedure of the Auto Attendant for this new message.
