[cisco-voip] incoming calls

Hi All!

I have some troubles in network. I have the CCM 4.1(3)sr3a cluster and
about 150 IP Phones(7961G/7971G). Sometimes I or my colleagues can't receive incoming calls, but
outgoing calls work. I can resolve this problem by updating line info
on phone profile, but why it happen? Also I tried to reboot all
phones, but this problem keep stayed. LAN based on Cat6500/3750, QoS policies is set.
