[cisco-voip] AD plugin on a W2k3 Domain

Are you using SSL or rather LDAPS?  I know that AD 2003 has some
differences in what you can do through LDAP-requiring LDAPS for some
operations.

Try CN=user, CN=container,DC=domain,DC=com.

The quickest way to isolate the issue is with a packet capture of the  
Publisher when doing the AD Plugin. Looking at the LDAP packets
