[cisco-voip] Attendant Console online/offline

I'm with you on this one--
 
have seen the same behaviour---
Does yours also not seem to be up to the moment on who's on the phone
and who is not?
 
Mine doesn't seem to always know if someone is on the phone-- even with
directory reload set to 2 seconds...
 
I never can tell when our helpdesk is on the phone or not...or my
Director...

I have attendant console installed on a few different receptionists PCs
and it doesn't seem to matter if it is in the online or offline state.
Both ways it seems to have the same functionality.  What am I missing
with this?  Is there a setting in call manager that I am missing?
