So according to this matrix CM 4.1.3 SR1 is supported with IPC 3.5.3 but
if you apply SR2 to CM then you have to upgrade IPCC to 4.x....does that
make any sense?

Well you're running on probably the most stable
version of CM that 4.x has to offer... Other then that
I would probably run with CM4.1(3)SR2... I've seen
some issues with SR3 and thier still working them
out... sr2b just came out the other day. I've only
deployed Unity 4.1 a few times and each went very
smoothly with very few followups.. (but 4.0(5) wasn't
a bad release either... unless there are features
you're looking for I would stick with 4.0(5))

I personally would not touch CM/Unity 4.2 yet...
they're both fairly new... I would probably give them
a couple month.

IPCC 3.5.3 SR3 seemed to be pretty stable as well...
You could not pay me enough to support IPCCX 4.x
yet... they are getting closer with newer releases but
right now.. no way.. no how!
