[cisco-voip] 7940 7960 wont grab ip from dhcp off switch

James,

Make sure you remove the switchport voice vlan command from the
interface that connects to your data vlan DHCP server.

The server handling your data vlan DHCP service could be responding to
the DHCP request faster than the 3750.
