[cisco-voip] 7914s not displaying line state on shared lines

OK, no phones on the network are showing line state... I have set
privacy to false on both PUB and SUB, enabled the bridge, installed
extended services, updated the firmware to 8.0(3)...

I am completely out of ideas...
