[cisco-voip] VG224 questions

Check out CSCse13526 ,it gave us a lot of pain to get this bug openned with
Cisco.but this is definetly something which you could be hitting in
4.1.3,fix was rolled out in es
58.Also do you have FXS ports unregistering a lot.
