The device pool is set on the physical phone itself and this will not
change when you login with EM.

Basically if you can't configure it on the UDP then it takes that
setting from the phone config itself.

Hi all,
but when a phone is in EM mode, how does it now who is SRST? How does
it keep track of it?
There is no device pool setting in the User Device Profile.
