[cisco-voip] Disconnect of calls when switching to SRST

If the router is H.323 to CM, this is normal.

There is a h225 timeout command you can disable so that calls will stay
active when the failover occurs.

If you search the archives, I know it's posted, because I can't for the
life of me remember right now.
