[cisco-voip] Disconnect of calls when switching to SRST

I wonder if the problem occurred once the GW re-established 
communications with CCM and re-registered.  I haven't looked at what 
happens to active calls when the MGCP GW re-registers but I can see 
where it could be a problem with the MGCP controlled voice ports.
