[cisco-voip] BAT tool

Depence on what version you are using.
I have seen this before, with the early releases.
 
Now it seems to work ok.

Has anybody seen this behavior before?  When we try use the BAT tool to
change the CSS on a group of lines the BAT tool shows that it completed
this successfully, but when you look at the configs in callmanager no
change was made.  BAT works just fine for importing and deleting, but it
doesn't seem to be able to make changes.
