[cisco-voip] "Not Registered" vs. "Unknown" on Gateway interface...

I'm not sure but I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but I think Unknown is
usually H323 because it doesn't register and Not Registered means that
it currently is not registered (mgcp, sccp, etc.)
