If the customer purchased SAU for IPCC express, the upgrade is no cost.
Otherwise, they have to purchase the upgrade kit.
 
If you have the customer's Cisco contract #, you can check at
http://www.cisco.com/upgrade.

Hello, we need to get the latest version of IPCC Express.  Our customer
is using IPCC version 4.0.x and we currently have version 3.5. How do we
get the upgrade on the web? What are the licensing issues?
