[cisco-voip] CallPickup on HP -> Broadcasted calls

Hi,

 

Is it possible to pickup calls that get broadcasted from a HP? 

 

Why I ask is that one of the users is complaining about that she misses some calls, and then they get broadcasted out to her CO-workers. She want to be able to pickup her missed calls that get broadcasted out via the HP. Is this possible?

 

I have setup callpickup that is working proper, but not when the call comes from a HP.

 

I think the description were a bit messy, but hope you understand what I meant :-)

Maybe it would work better if I changed the algorithm to most idle time? Or some algorithm that is != broadcasting...
