Does CME even support larger conferences?

Conferecing on the phone supports up to 3 participants (built in
bridge). Anything over that will need a conference bridge.

Does anyone know if there is any reason to configure a dspfarm with CME?
It doesn't appear that transcoding is supported, and conferencing is
done on the phone, so I don't see any reason to configure it. Am I
missing any other reasons?

Thanks,

David
