[cisco-voip] Call Forward All Issues

Hmm, that doesn't look complete - is that from the
time you placed the call until it was hung up? Is this
a H.323 or MGCP Gateway?

Can you do a 'show call hist voice brief' after the
call was completed? Is the engaged tone heard right
away or is there a few second delay before it is
heard?

As Kevin stated, a detailed CCM and SDL trace would
show all.
