[cisco-voip] Perflib perfts.dll error and subsequent ccm.exe crash

Any other events listed? Any upgrades or service packs just applied?

Check Host and LMHost files. Are they properly configured? This problem is
normally seen with monitoring probes unable to resolve names to ip address,
causing the computer to shoot to 100% CPU utilization.

If pointed to DNS, ensure DNS has all required entries.

Has a virus scan been run? Try Housecall.trendmicro.com for a free scan.
There was an old virus called Bkdr_wolff.16 that would cause a similar
problem.

If running HP Openview probes, try reinstalling the probes.

Finally, try uninstalling and reinstalling Terminal Services on the
computer, although I doubt that is the problem.
