[cisco-voip] Perflib perfts.dll error and subsequent ccm.execrash

Forgot to ask. Is Backup Exec being used on the server? Versions 9.x and
10.x had a problem during the installation that could corrupt the library.
If so, the performance counter libraries may need to be rebuilt using
Microsoft article 300956
