Here is the config on the switch for the ports where CM and Unity are
plugged in.

Are you using CallManager software conferencing? IF so, check your
duplex/speed settings on the ports to your CallManagers.
Duplex/speed mismatches might not affect signalling but they would
probably affect the audio RTP stream.
