Anyone want to walk me through the process of setting up a sniffer to
capture conferences? I have a hardware conference bridge, but I am
getting rid of it (the 3511 MCU), so lets just assume I am using
software conference bridge...

Your best bet is to get a sniffer capture of the conference.
Is it using the software conference bridge or hardware? If it's
software then get a sniffer using NetMon on the server for the CFB
being used. I'd also encourage you to open a TAC case.

Is it just conference calls or are other calls experiencing static too?

I have some users who are complaining about static on their conference
calls. Since this CallManager install is fairly new (6 months), I don't
really have the troubleshooting experience. I have CDR set up, but it
does not seem to be gathering QoS details. In addition, I am unfamiliar
with the other data collection tools that could help me figure out what
is going on...
Can anyone push me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Avidan
