[cisco-voip] upgrading IPCC 3.5 -> IPCC 4.0 script issues

On the cisco ask-icd-ivr support list, there were
threads about upgrades to 4.0 being put on hold due to
issues with the upgrade process. This is going to be
fixed in the 4.0(4) IPCC Express release due out in
April last I saw.
