[cisco-voip] 4.2 Password aging and complex password enforcement

CCM itself does not provide nor enforce these new password policies.   
However, CCM 4.2 now provides support for customers who want to use  
password aging and password complexity rules within their LDAP.  DC  
Directory does not support these policies.  The only way to use them is  
to integrate CCM with AD and enable these policies within AD.  You  
don't have to enable these policies for the CCM users.
