  You can remove the line from the line group or turn down the ringer :)

  The only login/logout I could forsee would be to have an EM profile
  with the hunt group member. Login to get calls, logout to drop that
  line from the phone.

  Pardon my ignorance, how does one stop the line from ringing then? Is
  this the 'logout' function? Is logout of huntgroups available in 4.1(3)?

  The hunt groups in CM 4.x ignore all call forwarding when extending
  calls to members, this is by design.

  Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see any reference to CallFwdAll in

  I had the same issue ;-), it's a feature... but there's a solution
  from Wes:
  https://puck.nether.net/pipermail/cisco-voip/2006-February/010023.html

  hey,
  I have a hunt pilot (-0) for our front desk.
  In the associated hunt list (HL), I have a line group (LG) with several
  phones (circular).

  When a customer calls the -0, and somebody tries to PICKUP a ringing
  phone, nothing
  happens. When I directly call a DN of any phone, any other phone can
  pickup that call.
  So the problem: I can not pickup calls from a HP/HL/LG, but I'm not sure
  whether this is a
  bug or a feature ;-). I googled and found
  http://www.ciscotaccc.com/voice/showcase?case=K11612191

  By the way, in another setup I have a HP (-00) with a HL with several
  LG,
  and in the first LG there is only
  one DN (another Front Desk with only one person). When that phone is on
  "CallForwardAll", calls for the
  HP/HL/LG (-00) are not forwarded, the phone rings ;-). I found a
  workaround, but is there another solution?

  thanks

  The cisco.com article you reference is spot on.  This is only
  'fixed'
  in 4.1(3)sr2 or 4.1(3)es30 and later.  Note the 'fix' is not fully
  regression tested so your mileage may vary.<br>
  <br>
  How to enable this functionality after upgrade to appropriate
  version:<br>
  1. Enter CSCsb42763 (in mixed case)&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp;
  Enterprise Parameter
  'Cisco Support Use 1'&nbsp; under&nbsp; <br>
  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the new group 'Cisco Support use Only'&nbsp; and
  click update. Only the
  value CSCsb42763 in this <br>
  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; parameter&nbsp; can enable the&nbsp; configuration
  in step 2.&nbsp; Change the
  value to&nbsp; anything else to <br>
  &nbsp;&nbsp; disable this functionality.<br>
  2. Go to Hunt Pilot Configuration page and select a call pickup
  group&nbsp;
  from the Call Pickup Group<br>
  &nbsp;&nbsp; dropdown list and click update.<br>

  [cisco-voip] CFwdAll - not quite

  Hey all,
  I've just found a situation where a phone with Call-Forward-All
  enabled will ring. If that phone is a member of a hunt scenario (Hunt
  Pilot - Hunt List - Line Group) a call to the hunt pilot will simply
  ring on the phone as normal, ignoring CFwdAll setting... This is with
  CCM4.1.3sr3a. Bug or Feature? :)
