[cisco-voip] Need Advice on CCM and Unity Upgrade steps:

I have following servers:
CallManager version 3.1(4)b with BARS 3.5(53)
Unity 3.1(4)

Need to upgrade to CM 4.1(3) and Unity 4.1(1) using New Hardware.
Current user data on both CCM and Unity must be retained.

CallManager upgrade steps:
1.	upgrade to version 3.3(5).
2.	Uninstall existing BARS software
3.	Install with BARS 4.0(9)
4.	backup CCM config to remote drive using BARS 4.0(9)
5.	install BARS 4.0(9) on CM version 4.1(3)sr3
6.	restore BARS to new CM 4.1(3) on the new hardware

Unity upgrade steps: ???

Can anyone advice me the correct migration steps for CCM and Unity?
