Looks like the FacilityIE invokes an operation called 'McidRequest'.
Q.951.7 contains most of the juicy details. Perhaps your carrier may
recognize some of the verbiage here.

I got MCID setup on my CallManager and phones, but after speaking
with my PRI carrier, they said that they don't have a feature related
to malicious caller identification (MCID). I've got H323 gateways
and PRI lines from ATT (formerly SBC). At this point, the MCID
feature is not doing me any good if I can't work with the PRI carrier
to identify a malicious caller. Does anyone have MCID working with
their local PRI carrier? Am I missing something that I should ask my
PRI carrier for?
Thanks in advance.
