[cisco-voip] IPCC Express IP address change

I didn't personally do it  but from talking to the staff it looks like it 
has been a mixture of installations.  According to TAC all I need to do 
for each client is run the Post Install.exe files found in c:\program 
files\cisco\desktop\bin.

Why this is not an executable file that can just be executed with a switch 
and change the IP....such as postinstall.exe /10.10.10.1 or 
postinstall.exe /NEW-IPCC-SERVER-NAME  is beyond me........

This depends on how the clients were installed.  Did you point to IPCC 
Express IP address or server name?  If server name, you should be in good 
shape except for recording registry entries will need to be modified or 
the agent software reinstalled.  If they are pointing to the server IP 
Address, you will be forced to reinstall the agents. 
 
Not sure about SMS packages for this.

We are looking to move our IPCC server and change the IP address.  What is 
the quickest way to make this change for all IPCC agents?  Do we need to 
do some type of SMS push or something?
