This link works better for most of us:

but the inventory part is the most important part. I need to know more
about my phones than we can input into CCM. Information like Serial Number,
User name, Department, Building and office/cube, Location, Jack number,
Extension(s), Charge number, etc.

Try the Cisco Voice Provisioning Tool. Not sure if it does inventory, but
it does allow a single interface and multiple search options.

Subject: [cisco-voip] phone provisioning with inventory database

I am looking for an application that can help my operations staff provision
phones and maintain a phone inventory with more descriptive fields than can
be stored in CCM.

If there is no such app, then maybe just a phone inventory database.

Any ideas?
