[cisco-voip] BARS fails due to SQL Server, after OS 4.4aSR9 update

BARS 4.0.12
OS was 2000.4.3aSR9 updated to 2000.4.4aSR9. Update log showed no
errors. BARS fails since update.

Bars status window shows:

DBLHelper shows no problems

SQL Server error log shows the following error at 2:00:24:29:
"BackupDiskFile::OpenMedia: Backup device 'C:\Ccm0302.dmp' failed to
open. Operating system error = 32(The process cannot access the file
because it is being used by another process.)."

Any ideas?
